RETURNS
All return requests must be initiated within five (5) days of the purchase date.
Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all original tags and labels intact.

RETURN PROCESS
To return an item:
Please email our customer service team at organicblendproducts@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
After receiving your RMA number, securely package the item(s) and include your proof of purchase.

NOTE
Customers are responsible for all return shipping charges.
We highly recommend using a trackable courier service for the return.

EXCHANGES
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your exchange.
Please allow at least 10 working days from the receipt of your item for processing.
You will be notified by email once your exchange has been processed.
